Hailey

Multi-instrumentalist and music teacher originally from Halifax, Ontario. She started her musical journey studying the flute with renowned musician Kimberly Breilein. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s of Music in Performance at the University of Montreal under the guidance of acclaimed musician, Denis Bluteau.
Hailey has a very versatile background of experience, which helps her understand music from many different styles and perspectives!
Hailey has been teaching professionally for numerous years where she has taught both private and group flute, piano, and theory classes, as well as Suzuki Early Childhood Education classes at multiple different music studios.
It is important to me to provide the student with a strong technical foundation on their instrument: a strong technique allows for the smoothest experience while learning. Music lessons should be fun and challenging! It is important to create a positive and safe environment where a student will be happy to try new things, explore, and push the limits of what they can do.
