Refund Policy

    •    No Refunds: Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. This policy applies to all lessons, packages, and services.

    •    Please ensure you are fully committed before completing your purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

    •    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

    •    If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify the school administrator at least 24 hours in advance.

    •    Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled. Unless it is an unforseen circumstance.

 

Booking Options:

    •    For online lessons, you can book directly through our provided platform.

    •    For in-home lessons, please complete the form available on our website to ensure that we service your area.
